Marryat Road Planning Approval

Our project at Marryat Road is for the retention and complete refurbishment of an existing 1980s bungalow property next to the Wimbledon Tennis Club. A new roof form and external skin of high thermal performing materials provide a fresh new image to the house in addition to lowering energy usage and running costs. The new fit-out will work with the existing structure in parallel with contemporary finishes in equal balance to give the house a new lease of life.
