The concept for the design was to create three modern villas in a park setting.

Caenwood Court
Caenwood Court is a luxury new build apartment development located on Hampstead Heath, London. The development includes 21 apartments in three separate buildings connected underground by car parking, a pool and a leisure facility.
The building shapes are informed by existing tree positions and the positioning of living spaces to allow views over the neighbouring heath and city views beyond.
Jason Good worked for David Chipperfield Architects through the initial design and planning stages and was the Associate and Lead Architectural Consultant at Hamilton Architects through to the completion.
